**Everyone's a Little Bit PM Now** We have a very special **AI & Product Colorado** edition lined up for **Colorado Startup Week**. Kick off the week in style by joining us at Code Talent on Monday, Sept 14. Product management has always been a job of many disciplines stitched together. Remember the old venn diagram of UX/Tech/Business with You are here? (see above) The role has always been part strategy, part research, part design sense, part technical fluency, part operations. Historically, no one person could do all of it well; teams split the work across specialists, and PMs learned to lean on the ones around them. AI is blurring the lines between that division. Research that took a week of interviews and synthesis now takes an afternoon. A PM can prototype a real interface instead of describing one in a doc. Dev, design, and product ops tasks that used to require handoffs are increasingly things one person can just do. The result isn't a new job title — it's a shift in what a single product person is expected to own. This session digs into that shift from multiple vantage points. We'll talk about which skills are becoming table stakes, which are becoming differentiators, and what this means for how you grow your career or build your team in the next few year. **Speakers** **Jenny Wanger** Product leadership consultant and coach. She's worked with product teams at Amazon, Firefox, Cisco, and GE Healthcare, and now coaches CPOs and VPs through AI-driven org shifts. She's watching firsthand how AI is reshaping what companies look for in product and technical hires. linkedin.com/in/rileyamelia **Jake Taylor** Senior Director of Product Design at JumpCloud, leading a global team on the company's IT, identity, and device management platform. He and his team have spent the past year redrawing where design, product, and engineering start and stop, the exact blurred lines this event is named for. linkedin.com/in/thejaketaylor **Jason Fletchall** Fractional CPTO who spent 15 years building product orgs at eBay and HelloFresh, leading teams across PM, Design, UX Research, and Analytics. As AI sped up what one person could do, he moved into the startup world, where he now does all of those jobs himself for non-technical founders building their first product.
