This is our first meetup after summer break! It will be great to see old friends and make new ones! Please note: this meetup is on a Sunday afternoon, not the usual Saturday. After challenges in early life, we develop coping tools, stress relieving mechanisms, survival skills and sometimes clever psychological abilities. Perhaps they help all the time or some of the time or not so much. We will dive into and define the subject of our body's memories and what your body is asking for. Dr. Sharon Eve will facilitate the meeting and will provide a powerful question sheet, as usual, so you can reflect more personally on the topic for yourself. Isabelle D'Arcy, licensed acupuncturist, will offer a treatment of ear acupuncture for relaxation for anyone who wishes to experience it. The acupuncture is optional. Because we are adding the acupuncture to this class, we ask $20 to cover our costs. The cookie bar will be available.
